Christmas Joy

My 4 boys travel well. The hardest part of this 6 hour road trip was the strategic packing of stuff like guitars, amps, fiddle, winter wear, Christmas presents, cooking and dog. We did it. We live to tell the tale.

The old farmhouse in rural central New Brunswick is charmed, I'm sure. Florence and Warren McPhee raised 9 children there. Victoria is the youngest. Her sisters Susan and Sheila popped around, JR and Kenny made the trip too - so the house was half full. It was non-stop action; food, fun and music.

What an amazing pictorial! I am assuming the photos were taken with that new camera! I have two picture books of Pictou County by Norman Munroe and I felt like I was looking at one of his books when I was looking at the photos you shared with us! Glad to hear you live to tell another tale!

Robb,
I'm pretty sure your life is charmed. Beautiful shots, looks like you all had so much fun!

By the way, I suggested the Blue Nose Marathon to Eric. He laughed! I'll keep working on him.

Thank you all for the comments. Very kind remarks - much appreciated! The photos are all SOOC (straight out of camera) - no crops, no fuss.

I've been working with Lightroom 2 at work. When I return to the office I may add some spit and polish.

Great photos! It was so neat to get a glimpse of your holiday. It's beautiful up there.

Love the close up of your wife. (I think it was your wife in the furry hat?)

It looked like you were building an igloo perhaps?

Your pictures are fantastic! I love when people put them on and yours was an excellent summary of the events - even without words. Really great.
