Time has a way of sneaking past me even when I have my eye on it. I'm getting old. Sign of the times.
Running is coming along, albeit, slowly. I will go out again in the morning ahead of the sunrise for a light 5K. Nothing too hard - but like old times. Good times, to be sure. Out early and back early so my wife can get her run in before we wake the children. It's the only time we have.
I have so many good memories and so many daily blessings. My life is full and overflowing with laughter, challenges, music, friends and kids...and a whole lot of work. Not much time for running.
I started this running blog several years ago to document my progress towards a marathon. It seems like forever ago and it seems like just yesterday. I do not have a formal plan in place but I would like to run another marathon in the spring of 2012.
It's taken me a while to get back and I've learned so much about myself in the time away from the road. Mainly, how I need to get out every morning and run. Glad to be back.

Glad to see you back, friend. :-)
I agree that time has a way of getting away from us...as well as running. I just got back into it myself seriously this past summer; managed a half marathon last month. It was good.
Good to have you back blogging again.
Where is the "like" button?
Welcome back!
